Local Independent Insurance Brokers

Hey, guys. Jason here with 303 Insurance Brokers, and it’s time for today’s insurance tip of the day. Today, I wanted to talk about one of the most common questions that I get. How do Insurance Brokers get paid?

How Do Insurance Brokers Get Paid?

As a local independent broker, I’m placing my clients with multiple different companies, whatever fits their needs, and so a lot of times, my clients are asking Jason, how do you get paid for this? Do I have to pay you on top of the premium I’m paying to the company? How does that work?

Well, guys, it’s pretty simple. I get paid a commission based on the companies where I write business. So, if we write your policy with one of the companies, I will get a commission from them. So this is included in your premium.

Advantages Of Hiring Independent Insurance Brokers

  1. I offer a friendly phone call for insurance advice and walk my clients through insurance claims.
  2. Assess situations, read between the lines
  3. Answer all of those quick questions that can sometimes be confusing would save you time calling the 800 number.
  4. I get to solve those things for you in a quick phone call.
  5. We are resourceful. We have partnered with local businesses in the area and can point you to reputable companies when you need to, like roof companies, etc.

If you’ve ever been hesitant to use insurance brokers or agents because you don’t know how much it costs or think you have to pay them on top of your insurance policy fees, that is incorrect.

Our fee, our commission is included in that policy premium. So, please feel free to reach out to me if you’re interested in a quote.

I’m happy to help you, help review your situation. You can reach out to me at Jason@my303Insurance.com or(303) 506-2755, and we’ll talk to you real soon.
