Prior to insurance, I had nearly 15 years of leadership and management experience, yet I desired more. I wanted to build a business where I could control my time and future outside of corporate America. As I looked towards different industries, I decided that insurance was an industry where I could transfer my existing skill set and be of service to my community through the protection of my clients. My goal when I started with Farmers Insurance was to determine if I could sell insurance and build a scale able business.
After 18 months, I made the decision to open an independent insurance agent to put me in the best position to best take care of my clients and their insurance needs. I found a great local partner with All Access Insurance to give me the back of the house support to allow me to focus on my clients and building my business. Jason Newell
Insurance Advisor
Jason has nearly 2 year of insurance experience with Farmers Insurance before launching 303 Insurance Brokers in June 2020. Prior to insurance, Jason spent over 12 years in leadership capacities in retail management at Dicks Sporting Goods and non-profit management with the Boy Scouts of America. These two positions were very customer focused which transitioned into the passion Jason has for serving his clients.
Jason is an Eagle Scout who loves the outdoors. You can find him often camping, hiking, biking, ski and snowboarding in the Rocky Mountains. Jason and his wife Alaina have 2 young children, Benson and Annalise. They reside in Littleton.
